Studio Policies & Booking Guidelines
These policies exist to support a calm, focused, and respectful tattoo experience. They allow each project to receive the time, care, and presence it deserves, while ensuring clarity for both artist and client. They exist to protect the quality of the work, the integrity of the process, and the experience of everyone involved. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments.
Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
Deposits reserve your appointment time and account for consultation, preparation, design work, and the inability to refill the appointment if it is vacated.
Deposit amounts vary depending on project size and session type and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If a reschedule is approved, the original deposit may be retained one time only.
The new appointment must be booked within 2–3 months of the original date.
If a new appointment is not scheduled within this timeframe, the deposit expires and a new deposit will be required to secure future booking.
These guidelines exist because last-minute changes or open-ended reschedules often cannot be refilled and directly impact studio availability.
In the rare event the artist must reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will remain fully valid or be refunded if rescheduling is not possible.
Pricing & Session Structure
All tattoos are priced by session, not by the hour.
This approach supports focused, unrushed work and allows each piece to develop naturally.
Half-day and full-day sessions have been combined into a single session structure.
Final pricing is prorated based on when the session concludes, within the agreed session framework.
Significant changes to size, placement, or complexity may affect pricing and may require additional sessions.
Design Process
All tattoos are custom and prepared specifically for each client.
Designs are typically presented on the day of the appointment.
Minor refinements can be made at that time to ensure the design sits beautifully on the body.
Major redesign requests made on the day of the appointment may require rescheduling and may result in deposit forfeiture.

Ongoing Projects
By booking, you are choosing the artist’s style, process, and creative perspective.
The strongest results come from a balance of collaboration and artistic freedom.
Clients are encouraged to share their vision while trusting the artist’s guidance throughout the process.
Multi-session or ongoing projects are expected to move forward within a reasonable timeframe.
Extended gaps between sessions may require reassessment, updated pricing, or a new deposit, depending on availability and project scope.
